What exactly is an Oekaki?

Oekaki is an online Japanese drawing program.  The word "Oekaki" itself means "doodle," but the term oekaki can refer to the online drawing board program or to pictures that have been done using that program.  On an oekaki board there is a java applet that allows you to digitally create a picture.  When the picture is finished, it is posted on the related comment board where you as well as others can leave comments regarding your picture and others created on the same board.

What's a Wacom tablet?

Wacom is a brand of graphics tablet.  It's one of the most recognized and highest quality brands out there.  A graphics tablet is basically a light pen that's hooked up to the computer on a pad to draw on.  The pen more or less works like a mouse, but it's much easier to hold and control than a mouse.  Tablets, especially Wacom, are not cheap but they're definitely worth your money.  If you're interested in one, they're easiest to find online.  Mine is a Wacom Graphire 2 and I'm quite happy with it.

Where did you find all of those model sheets?

Well, I've found most of them on message boards and in newsgroups. Sometimes I'll do a Google search and find some new ones, or new ones will appear for sale on E-bay.  There used to be a Yahoo group dedicated to this, but they seem to have disappeared.
