Gee, this is the first post on this MB for 2009! I guess this place really is dying. Well, honestly, much of the RR online fandom has dissolved. After all, the cartoon is over 12 years old and have zero chance of ever being on TV again or being made into a DVD.

Well, Happy New Year 2009 (belated) hope everyone has fun with it.

Yeah, the place is kinda'......metabolically immobile. Ceased to be. Gone to meet its maker. [insert the rest of the Parrot sketch here]

My new year's resolution? Get my 40k Space Marines army up and running, then crush a friend of mine's space-elves with it.

Hence, lack of art. Painting miniatures. >.<

You never know guys. You just never know. It's been over fifteen years since Saban's X-Men cartoon came out on TV, and believe it or not, the first two seasons will be coming out on DVD soon. Road Rovers might see a resurgence. Hell, look at the X-Men themselves. They've had...what is it, two, three different shows now, not counting the original Pryde of the X-Men pilot where they used the mid-80s version of the team (somewhat altering which version of the team Kitty Pryde was originally in)? If the longest running of the X-Men cartoons can finally make it to DVD...hell, if SUPERBOY can make it to DVD after so many years, there's a good chance the Road Rovers will. Pinky and the Brain did so about a year or two ago. Heck, Freakazoid! made it last year, as did the Tiny Toons.

As Hulk Hogan said when the fans demanded one more match from him at his Hall of Fame induction:

Never say Never.

If you have little hope and no patience in you, then you can't expect anything to happen.

I still believe it's possible for this show to come on TV again or on DVD. Just because it's been over 12 years doesn't mean it's not possible.
