Hey Hotrod, how have you been? I've been doing okay, but things could be better. Between personal problems with some of my friends, losing my 88-year-old grandfather in February, and the suck-ass economy, as well as the oil in the gulf, this world is indeed on the autobahn to hell, but hey, it could be worse-- I shudder at the very notion of President Sarah Palin.... ugh... XP But it's not all bad, I'm seeing a therapist every week, and my anxiety hasn't been a major factor in my everyday life since April. And I just turned 27 years old on June 7th, and I hope to eventually get to VA to visit relatives. (And to hopefully hang out with someone, lol XD) Anyways, glad to hear you're doing well, and don't be a stranger, man. Visit often, you never know what may happen here, this message board DOES have its moments, after all. Peace! Hi Shep, its good to hear that you're doing OK and yes things could be worse. I'm not a fan of politics so I won't discuss it here lol. I have been doing OK. I had to sell the project car as well as as alot of other stuff due to the times but hey *shrugs* that happens. I'm currently in school majoring in Aviation Maintenance Tech so I can get my A/P (Airframe/Powerplant) certificate. That seems to be the only Stable field of work outside of the medical profession these days and since i'm already an Automotive mechanic and an airplane nut that seemed the right choice for me. I'm still drag racing and messing with R/C's and still have the RR themed R/C plane I built back in 01 and was still flying it until late last year when it suffered a mid spar failure due to fatigue and has since been retired and is now hanging from the ceiling in my shop. As far as RR stuff I haven't been real active in the fandom since 05 due to life and some loss of interest. I still RP With a couple that are still active but that's about it.
