The setting and story takes place in an old building where many rovers of the past from 1996-2000 romed before the strongly bonded group faded apart from each other and the building was soon abandonded for a number of yrs. The building has been restored and some new faces have appeared on the grounds the veteran rovers once walked on.

JC: (Pure bread german shepard) Damn, place looks like it did in it's golden days, I wonder if anyone from the golden days has returned?

then a human wlaks into the building where JC is. he looks normal except he has a canine tail, he is holding a piece of paper which has directions to the building.
