chapter one

"Okay, we have to look for this kid." Hunter said holding a picture, "The Master says this boy knows something about Parvo that we don't."
"What I don't get is how a boy would know where Parvo’s hide out is?" Hunter heard Blitz ask through an intercom.
"That's why we're looking for him."
"Lets just hope Parvo doesn't find him before us." Colleen said, scanning the side walks.

Outside on the sidewalk, a teenage boy sees the car the Road Rovers are driving.
"I heard about them." The kid thought, looking at the car as it stopped at a stop light.
Looking past the car, he sees a couple of weird creatures, running towards him. When they got a little closer, he realized they were Cano-Muntans.
"Great, time to out smart them, again." He sighed annoyingly, running into an alley and towards a fire escape.
"I think that's the kid we're looking for." Colleen cried, watching the kid run into the alley.
"I wonder what he’s running from?" They heard Exile’s voice through the intercom.
"I would bet he’s running from a couple of Cano-Muntans." Hunter said, "Blitz, Exile and Shag, you three have to watch for him. When you grab him, tell us and we’ll meet you at headquarters.
"Got it." Exile said.
"We found him, he’s jumping roof tops." Blitz said, "And those Cano-Muntans aren’t far behind either."

Getting to the edge of a building, the boy turns around and faces the Canoes.
"What away to go." The teenager said, filling his foot slide off the edge.
"Grab him." He heard somebody from behind him yell.
Feeling an arm wrap around his body, and getting pulled into a jet, he gets thrown into a chair.
"We got him." Exile mentions to Hunter and Colleen.
"Good job guys. Meet us back at HQ, pronto." Hunter told the three.

Chapter 2

"What am I doing here and why was I brought here?" the teenager asked, once lead to a chair.
"You were brought here to tell us some information about Parvo." Hunter told the boy, sitting down. "First thing first, what’s your name?"
"It’s Akki." The boy mentions. "And you guys are?"
The Rovers introduce themselves.
"So, I was brought here cause you guys think I know something about Parvo?" Akki said with a slight chuckle.
"We don’t think, we know you know something that we don’t know." Hunter said.
"I have no idea what you’re talking about" Akki lied.
"Look kid, you can trust us." Colleen said, getting annoyed.
"If you don’t believe, we could always go to the tape." Exile grinned, holding a remote and pointing to a screen.
"Okay, okay, I’ll say something but will it be used against me?"
"What you say here will not be used against you, it’ll only be kept here." the Master told Akki, "Now, what do you know about Parvo? Better yet, why is he after you?"
Akki sighs.
"Well?" Blitz wondered.
"The reason Parvo is after me cause I follo.. Let me tell you the beginning."
"Okay." Hunter said, nodding his head.
"I was in a park, playing fetch with my dog, who’s name is Ninja, when this guy and a group of those beasts came out of nowhere, kidnapping my dog."
"Those would be Cano-Muntans." Exile said.
"Getting on my bike, I followed the van to his hide out, if you will, and I was able to sneak inside. When I found at where Parvo was, I over heard what he was saying. Which is going to find away to, this is going to sound odd, combine humans with dogs and make a new Cano-Muntan, as you put them."
Rubbing her chin, Colleen asked, "And at that point, you got caught?"
"I did when I was leaving the place. I was going to find help but I knew finding somebody that’ll believe was going to be hard, tell I saw a news article about you guys, which would explain why I was out on the sidewalk today. Was looking for you." Akki tells them and asked. "But how did you know to look for me?"
"We got a picture of you." Hunter told Akki, putting a photo of the boy on the table.
"That’s kind of freaky." Akki said, picking up the picture.
"What else do you know about Parvo?" Hunter asked.
"That’s all I know, I swear."
"What kind of humans is Parvo looking for?" Master asked.
"I’m not really sure but it sounded like he was going to use teens around my age, which would be 15."
"Well, looks like we got ourselves a tough mission." Hunter said, standing up. "And it’s going to take a lot of team work to stop Parvo."

Chapter 3

Later that night, once they dropped Akki at his house, the Road Rovers were busy going over plans to stop Parvo from creating new Cano-Muntans.
"All I can say is we have to act quickly, if we want to stop Parvo." Hunter told the other Rovers.
"Rodger that." Colleen said.
"We will go in the same plane but we will split up into two groups." Hunter said, "Me, Colleen, and Muzzle in one group; Exile, Blitz, and Shag? You three will be in the other group."
"I just hope Akki doesn’t show up." Blitz mentions.
"If he does, we’ll have to let him help. Don’t forget, his dog has been dognapped by Parvo and he’ll probably only try to save him." Hunter tells everybody.
"Or her." Colleen added in.
